Simple phone interview. It took about 30 minutes. They go over your work history, they ask you if you know about the company, they ask if you'd be comfortable working independently.

Three tier Interview process. First and last are basic interview questions. Second is a competency interview/exam. The whole process takes about 1-2 months. The waiting is what makes the whole process frustrating and provokes a lot of anxiety. You also have to meet minimum computer requirements and during the testing phase, the test is monitored live, i.e, they have remote access to your computer and see what you are doing.
