Interview
A rapid sucession of interviews with little break with conflicting information from interviewers about the role and the expectations. Repeated questions on the same subjects. Some interviewers looked to create conflict and force reaction, others looked to create an affinity and a sense of reassurance in their approach.
Interesting techniques but the conflicting information about the role was not a constructive approach (if intentional) during an interview and in my opinion did not reflect well on JPM as a potential employer.

Interview
Applied online, was contacted a few weeks later for an interview. Interview went well, application status hasn't changed in months and HR doesn't return calls/emails. Overall I am very disappointed with the process, if this is indicative of how JPMorgan views it's people I'm sure that employee turnover must quite large.
