Applied directly via LinkedIn, within half an hour received a call from the internal recruiter. Invited to interview with recruiter and hiring manager. One interview which consisted of competency based questions followed by an Excel test (which I wasn't warned about!) Excel test was just something put together in an Excel file on a laptop, not very high tech or difficult. Was a fairly informal interview and I was put at my ease.
