The interview process was three interviews long for me: 1) Phone screen 2) Face to face with HR 3) Face to Face roundtable with multiple members of the division
The process is pretty standard. They don't try any intimidation tactics, or any really difficult lines of questioning to confuse you. They want to know if you're a fit for the team you'll be working on and whether you'll add value in a way that someone else will not.

What differentiates you from the other candidates we are considering for this job? What is the ideal team dynamic you are seeking in a new position?
easy process, nice people and confident team that had lots of experience. I enjoyed meeting the team and learning about the role. They are overturning some of the team due to wanting people in office

Interview
Interviewed with two recruiters and 5 buyers from different categories. Communication was quick but towards the end I received no follow up on the outcome. I reached out twice with no response. I feel that’s the least they could do after taking so much time off with my current company. I also noticed that honest reviews from other candidates for this role were removed from 2020 and onward. Many things like being overworked and outdated systems were mentioned. Many people mentioned that the position fit the description of an Associate Buyer. With that, this wouldn’t be the type of company I’d like to work for anyways.

The process was very seamless. Everyone on the human resources team was professional and lovely to deal with. They encouraged reaching out with any questions. One note is to come prepared with questions for you to ask.
