I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JCPenney in Feb 2022
Interview
Overall, I had a really great experience with all of my interviews. All of the interviews used video chat via Microsoft Teams. My first interview was with a member from Talent Acquisition and she made that first interview so much less stressful for me! She was very transparent with me about the company and the next steps. I then interviewed with a buyer, senior buyer and an HR specialist. Everyone that I talked to was very transparent about the company and made the process so much smoother.
