I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney (Detroit, MI) in Sept 2011
Interview
Phone screening plus 3 additional interviews. The interviewers were two managers and the regional manager. The store managers were a bit nondescript about the process. I think one was already to retire. The regional manager made his mind up quick and the last half of the review was not shooting myself in the foot. Dont elaborate beyond what is asked.
