3 Rounds of Interviews Usually with a floor manager, and then with a Salaried Manager and then with an AGM or GM. They asked the normal questions like, " What does hospitality mean to you? But they are really big on questions like, " What are you working on?" and " What are you doing to work on it?"

Interviewed with a shift lead, then a GM. GM was very dry, did not show much personality. Interview was easy. I asked if she had any reservations or concerns about my experience or me being a fit for this position, she responded and said no. Told me that it was a great interview. Followed up over the next few days by email (we were previously communicating in an email thread). She never responded. I received an auto rejection email days later. Very unprofessional.
