Jackson Operations Associate interview questions

My interview at Jackson went really well. I interviewed with two individuals, they asked 8 detailed behavioral questions, ask that they be answered in STAR format and read you your job description. Very friendly environment!

Several online assessments testing basic math and grammar competency and generally pro-social behaviors, a 15-minute phone pre-interview, and one in-person interview with several operations managers. The interview lasted roughly 20 minutes, the managers conferred for about 15 minutes, and I was offered a position in a room with two other prospective employees. Compensation and benefits were laid out with the job offer.
