Had an OA, an online technical interview that was very Leetcode-y, superday onsite in New York with more technical questions. Don't remember as much about the earlier rounds but superday was somewhat difficult and really required you to be able to fluidly explain and solve the problems.

Question 1
Don't really remember technicals; why do you want to work at Jane Street
it was nice. He was very kind and talkative. he explained the problem quite clearly. It was good experience. Will apply again definitely. Jane street is very good. You guys shud apply too
Fast and efficient, everyone is friendly.
The interview was fully techinical, no background or behavioral questions for me. The style is very collaborative — asking for hint in a proper way would be considered a plus I guess.

Interview
First round was online, one round of 1hr class design questions.
Given a class interface, you need to implement it with another given class interface. My question is like a general tree question.
You kinda need to go far enough to get to next round, so if you're too slow or have trouble solving easier parts, you cannot make it. I didn't move on.
