I applied online. I interviewed at Jane Street (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Have to complete two tests before initial interview, I did not get any further than that. The tests were very hard. The Human Resources people were friendly and helpful. The online application process was easy to use. I would recommend applying if you are interested in a career there. Many thanks.

Interview
I saw the position advertised on their website and apply for it. My skills, experience and qualifications matched 100% their requirements of the job, even the desirable experience, however, a few days later I received an automatic email "hiding" behind "recruitment team" saying that they could not find a match for my credentials and experience which is not really true. This is something it has happened before and by now, it is obvious to me that their recruitment process clearly lacks transparency and that my applications clearly were not even looked at and that is why they send an automatic reply email hiding behind "recruitment team" with a reason for rejection that is not really the real reason. With those "ethics", it is clear that it is best to be well away from them.
2 * four hour sessions. Each session included tests and interviews with multiple people. Interviews were with members of the same team the job would be in and other teams. Also included video conference to different locations.
