I Applied online, then I received one round phone interview with one trader, it lasted for one hour. The interviewer is very nice and smart. The process is very good.

Question 1
There are four coins, you get coins of number of heads up. (1) How much would you pay?
(2) If you can turn over two coins, how many would pay?
(3) If you can turn over two coins infinite times, how much would you pay?
Questions about tossing a coin, die roll, estimation of expected value, making strategies play with a opponent. You expected not to get right answer but more think of problem as deep as you can. I have 3 interview in a month after which I get reject.
