There were many questions based on work experiences and projects. They also gave me a case study and asked questions based on analytics and product development.
Hr screening round, The process was design-centric with a strong focus on user experience and behavior-driven design, Candidates were evaluated on how well they can simplify financial actions and create intuitive user journeys.
The process was structured and focused heavily on analytical thinking and user behavior understanding. Most discussions were based on real-world scenarios around how users interact with savings features and how data can drive product decisions.
