      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2019

      Interview

It was a large group approximately 40 people. They divided us into small groups of 3 and asked each individual a set of 4 questions. It was not awkward at all, however it did seem like they would only choose one from each group- so do your best to outstand!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2015

      Interview

I applied online during a "blue blitz". I found the online application frustrating because I didn't already have a resume made. I had to take a time out and write up a resume and upload it. By the time I came back...all my previous information I had entered was gone. Oh well!! After I submitted my application, it took about a month to get an invitation to interview. The people we all very nice upon my arrival. I filled out a name tag and went into a large room where they had "commercials" for jetBlue playing. Once everyone arrived (about 60 interviewees), an employee gave a power point presentation highlighting information on working for jetblue. He made sure to point out that all new employees are at the bottom of the seniority list, that you have to be 100 percent available to work any schedule, that jetblue will not work around any schedule needs that you may have, and that it will be difficult to fly out of SLC, Ut on jetblue...since they only have 4 flights per day from that location. He said that jetblue was a great place to work...but not for everyone. If you just found out that jetblue won't work for you, you can leave now and not have to go through the rest of the interview. After the power point we were ushered into a different large room that was separated into different areas with partitions. 4 interviewees sat together at a table with 1 interviewer. The interviewer asked the first person a question. After it was answered, the next person answered the same question and so on until all had answered the question. I was at the end, so I had to answer either last or first each time. The two people in the middle were lucky to get a minute to think of their answer and also not be last and perhaps have all the "good" answers taken. The first question was, "what is your last name and do you swear that you are 100% available to work any schedule". Lol. After the interview it seemed everyone was ushered upstairs to get paperwork for their background check and drug test. My interview was on Saturday and we had till Monday to get our drug test complete and background check information complete. You are supposed to know at least the month and date of starting and stopping every job for the past at least 5 years (this was hard info for me to find out!!).
