    Pros

    Flight benefits, work from home

    Cons

    Lowest pay in the industry

    Advice to Management

Management treats reservations like non people because most are part time and don’t think they deserve a living wage. Although medical was decent.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at JetBlue part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Work from home, flight benefits

    Cons

They do not care about their employees at all, terrible starting pay

    Advice to Management

I worked there 9 years. I was fired after learning about sexual abuse going on at home and trying to leave an abusive home situation. Leadership had an opportunity to be caring in the worst time of my life, but my +9 year work history meant nothing to them. I met 2 other people who within the last year were also fired in similar circumstances. Really a shame when JetBlue touts values like bringing humanity back. Clearly that's not applicable to their employees
