I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied on line July 26th and within 24 hours received an online assessment which I completed immediately.Yet you have 5 days. Next week I received the offer of an online interview. You have 5 days for that. Make sure you do your homework with the STAR method. Smile and look at the camera not your image on the screen and sit on your hands. They don't want to see them flailing around as you are telling your story. I didn't hear back until November when I was asked to attend the Blu Review on Dec 8. This gave me a little more time to do more to fine tune my responses in the group interview.
Ladies please adhere to the dress code as they want to see you as if you were boarding. The interview starts when you walk in. Get your nails done, buy a nice conservative navy suit, and a comfortable ,classic closed toe pump! The Recruiters and F/As that greet you will be watching how you react with the other participants and although you will be very nervous they will make you shake off the nerves. Be yourself.
You will break off into groups to decide a list of possible changes to the company and you rate theme in your group from good to not so. They are hypothetical. Have FUN with it! Know the core values.
Fingerprinting is ongoing while you wait for your interview. You will so a PSA which you read, then the interview with two individuals from the company. Have a stern handshake lean forward when you speak, smiling during your stories of how great you are at customer service and handling challenges.
Had my Blue Review on Dec 8 and got invited for training on the 14th. Training is in April. Good luck!
