What interests you the most about the flight crew position here at Jetblue ?
Emphasis on customer focus differs among organizations. Tell me about an organization where you worked where the degree of emphasis on customer needs and satisfaction was high or about one where it was not. Describe how you felt about that.
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

We had to plan a 3 day layover in Mexico including food, entertainment and sites to see. Watching us work as a team.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
