      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2023

      Interview

The interview process is typical of most airlines. There is an application, assessment, F2F The application and assessment were very easy, and you felt like you were given a true idea of the role. The F2F was such a welcoming and calming experience. You arrive at JetBlue University in Orlando, FL, where you check in. Next, you’re directed to a desk to provide your physical and copy of your passport (they keep the copy), and given a name tag. Next, you go to an auditorium and sit based on when you arrived. At this point you can mingle a bit if you’d like. I spent my time talking to the girls next to me, directly behind me, and the men in front of me. I introduced myself to only those people lol. Next, several people from talent acquisition will come in and grab you in groups of 5-6. You are guided to a room with a simulator of an airplane cabin, where they have you sit down, remove your shoes, then complete a reach test (it’s 6’3), then immediately to the jump seat. It’s over the shoulder, with a middle release (I’m 5’3, 235lbs and I passed both without issue, I’m top heavy and hippy lol). Next, you go back to the auditorium where they give a presentation about JB pay, benefits, training, schedules, bases, uniforms, and history. They take questions at the end. After that’s finished, you’ll get a little break (the stuff before takes about 2-3 hours). I went over to The Lodge cafeteria and got some coffee and beef jerky. They told us to be back by 10am, but a lot of folks just hung around & showed up 10-20 mins later. At 10am they will begin calling you for your individual one-on-ones. They are held in a giant room at little desks, and you’ll be interviewed by either an FA, a manager, or someone from Talent Acquisition. At this point they’ll take that resume you were told to bring. I lucked out with my interviewer, we had nearly everything in common & at one point he had to stop talking & said “I keep forgetting this is an interview” lol. I was the last person to leave from my interview, it was about 35 mins. They’ll tell you to expect a response either in 24 hours or the next business day after the weekend. I received an email with my CJO the next morning. So excited to be on this journey!

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Name a situation you encountered where you had to make a difficult decision you didn't want to and how you handled it? Name a time where you were under a tremendous amount of stress, what happened, and how you handled it?
