Interview
Phone screening interview. Afterwards, received an invitation for an in person interview. The process was relatively smooth. I received an initial offer a few days after the interview. The company is very flexible.
Virtual interview with primarily technical questions. Met with representatives from engineering and HR. Discussed technical experience, contributions to process improvements, and familiarity with certain airframes. Overall positive experience despite not securing an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JetBlue in Oct 2009

I enjoyed the interview process. They did a great job at being thorough. They answered my questions and made me understand what the job fully entailed. All individuals had their input and asked great questions.
