It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.

Basic strongly agree, strongly disagree. Also how you would handle certain customer service scenarios (i.e couple very excited about in flight snacks but fall asleep when snacks are being served - wake them up, ignore, or place napkin and keep an eye out for when they are awake)
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
