Jobalign Technical Program Manager interview questions

After I expressed interest in the position, I was contacted almost immediately and scheduled to have a phone interview with the CTO for 30mins, who over email was made to be believed to be very flexible. I received the phone call a few minutes late and it didn't last longer than 12 minutes.
