In german, sympatic recruiter trying to collect all information for a job recomendation. She asked all questions about previous experience in the laboratories. Was really relaxed and not interagotory. In general I felt relaxed and comfortable. Feedback in guaranteed.

I had a pre-screen interview where I recorded two video responses. The questions focused on getting to know me better, my personal values, and what I prioritize professionally. Did not move to the next round.
Quick and easy to manage on your own time with several prompts provided. It is not the typical group or one on one interview and I actually like this kind of format better.
