Jobscan interview questions

It was an awful experience. The hiring manager likes to play games, so you have to go find her email. Then, she gets candidates to invest time (3+ hours) and then ghosts them.

I applied for the position in February 2024, following the instructions outlined in the job description. The first-round interview, conducted by Joanna and another individual, went smoothly. However, the second round was a written interview, which I had never encountered before. Joanna explained that she preferred this format because she was "too lazy" to conduct the interview in person, a comment I found unprofessional. The written interview instructions stated that I should spend no more than 2-3 hours completing it. I submitted my responses over four weeks ago and, despite several follow-up emails, I have yet to receive any communication. This lack of response has been incredibly disappointing. If candidates are being asked to invest 2-3 hours of their time so you can save yours, at least show the decency to acknowledge their efforts. Joanna, who claims to have high expectations for her team, should reflect on how her behavior—both in avoiding interviews and ignoring submissions—reflects poorly on her leadership and the company. While I understand there are additional steps in the process, I chose to withdraw after being ignored following my submission. I would not consider working for an organization that treats candidates with such disregard. This entire experience was a complete waste of time.
