Screen with recruiter. Soft technical interview with direct easy answers with team member. Longer technical review with open ended ambiguous questions with another team member. Onsite panel if you make it past the technical interview.

Swift and professional. There was clear expectations set early. Everyone was happy and nice. Questions were challenging but no gotchas. Very healthy culture. Recruiter communicated often and clearly. Definitely give them a shot if you are in the market for a new career.
