It was a phone call interview. I was interviewed by two managers. Asked mostly about my previous job roles and looked after whether I have required skill set or not.
5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
