1 hr interview, straight forward. behavioral questions were good, if you prepare would be an easy interview. Panel interview can be a little intimidating but the interviewers were nice. Also Prepare for questions at the end.

You approach people at the booth. give your 10 second elevator speech. Hand your resume. in the afternoon the call you when they have been through the resumes. They set a time to meet in a classroom to interview you the next morning. depends on how you did they invite you to corporate to have 3 more interviews. the three more interviews took all day. This while process took about 6 weeks.

Initial phone interview then 2 panel interviews. Panel interviews took a total of 2 hours; each with two different people lasting 1 hour. You are asked to follow the STAR format and give specific situations and how you responded.
