the interview was STAR based. You had to give a situation, the time of the situation, the action you took and the result of the action. Pretty much you had to say what you did as an individual and not as a group.

5 questions, all were very communication based, with people of different backgrounds, how you work together etc, and the started off the process giving you a chance to tell who you are.

A phone call to discuss the role and general introduction. The main part is the behavioral interview process, which doesn't have any questions specific to the role. I interviewed with two groups of two people, one hour each.
