Interview
First round interview on campus. Then fly to headquarter in Moline to have two flip-flop interviews. Pre-determined interview question, the interviewer literally went over a list of questions on a sheet of paper. All behavior based such as describe a time when you missed deadline, when you work in team, etc. Also asked why John Deere.
