I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at John Deere (Moline, IL) in Dec 2014
Interview
John Deere uses behavioral interviewing. Interviewers are looking for you to complete a STAR. Describe the S-situation or T-task. What A-action you took and the R-result. If you don't complete the STAR, They should ask you probing questions to get more information. Interviewers do a lot of writing. This takes away from eye contact with you. It can be distracting.
