Interview was straight-forward, was asked details about the specific experiments and concepts.

Interview
Super long interview period of over 3 months long. The application asked for a resume and 3 references. The first interview was with two researchers and the lab manager. Second with the PI, and third with a Ph.D. student. After which, the PI asked for three letters of recommendation while being very specific about what kind of recommenders he wanted. No response for two weeks after sending the letters and when asked for a follow-up they said to wait another 10 days for a response.
