Began with a prerecorded video questions, then a virtual panel interview, lastly a 1:1 with a director. The entire time they made me believe the position was a permanent role, until the 1:1 with the director. She said they were turning it into a temporary position without benefits and asked if I was still interested. I turned down the position, after it has been falsely marketed and wasted time.
