I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New York, NY)
Interview
I had on-site interview with 3 people in the NYC office. I was asked some general questions and design thinking first, and had a casual presentation about my portfolio.
Overall process was great, everyone was nice - but the process took too long. This was one tf the 1st application I had submitted for the summer internship but I was contacted almost 3 months after the submission. I got the offer a week before my another internship started, so it was too late to accept to offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2023
Interview
O processo de entrevista foi super dinamico e simples. Perguntas rápidas e diretas voltadas a sua área e o que voce espera do cargo da Johnson & Johnson. Apenas comentários positivos.
Set up an interview session during my school's carer fair. Career fair. Was pretty straightforward walking through 2-3 projects in my portfolio and asking them some initial questions about working there and the role an intern would have. Then went to second round with phone call with head of brand and did not receive an offer
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Boston, MA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Several over the phone interviews, and two final phone interviews. Then seven interviews on site with 2 conference interviews with other offices. Each was extremely unorganized and the room was not prepared by Human Resources as planned.
