The video interview was us recording ourselves answering three questions. The thing that was helpful was we had multiple attempts, but it will take more practice since we aren't speaking with a person.

One Hireview, which is an automated interview
Then, if accepted, you do one zoom virtual interview in front of 2-3 managers
Hireview interview takes 15 to 30 minutes, with three questions being asked to you
Virtual zoom interview is 30 to 45 minutes of questions about who you are and your resume provided

Preliminary video recording interview. If you move on to the next round it is a panel interview where more context about the department/job is given followed by a series of questions with time at the end for you to ask questions.
