I was contacted through LinkedIn by a Talent Acquisition sourcer who asked me to apply online and provide answers to a number of questions that were specific to the position, my experience and salary expectations. A week later I was called to a face to face interview with a regional Talent Acquisition Manager who was very professional, open in providing feedback and answering my questions, and friendly. I was not looking for a job and I didn't seem to be the best fit for the role either, but my experience was positive.
