Agreed hesitantly when HR contacted via LinkedIn. On a difficulty scale of 1-10 screening coding interview via video chat was of scale 1. On site interview was broken down in to three parts. A culture fit interview, system design and finally a coding interview with each having a panel of two. Regular chit chat for culture interview. System design interview was of scale 1. Basic schema modeling for database relationships was the subject and scalability was much less of a concern. Final coding interview was of scale 3, not tricky but needed some focus to write an efficient solution. Coding language is of your choice and output is expected.
