What is your experience using an HPLC for analytical applications?

Interview
There were three interviews total. The first was a phone screen with HR, followed by a technical interview with a senior scientist, and finally an on-site panel interview with several members of the research team. Questions focused on technical skills, past lab experience, and how I would handle high-throughput environments. The overall tone was professional but conversational.

How do you manage your time in a fast-paced, high-volume lab environment?
It was short. Consisted of a phone screen and 1 in person interview. The your potential teammates interviewed you. Very friendly environment and pretty easy interview and questions. I spent two hours in the in person interview since it was broken into two blocks with a tour of the facility in-between .
