I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KISI in Oct 2022
Interview
The overall experience is way odd then normal. I was contacted by recruiter for a RoR backend position. The recruiter didn't even ask for CV just asked several typical questions. The next step was a tech challenge that i had completed durring my weekends. Several comments and here i am at the technical interview with no one then CTO himself. The technical interview is 30 minutes long which kinda by its own is strange. The guy asked several questions regarding my solution and basically thats it. When i asked CTO what a candidate he wants to be he barely could outline some specific characterists but just a senior developer who will do stuff. I asked half of my questions then he left for an overlapping meeting he had at that time. The overall atmosphere is kinda unwelcome and rush. I got rejected by saying other candidates meet better expectations however they can't explain what kind of candidate they want. When i asked for a feedback i was ignored. Not very professional.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KISI (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Apr 2023
Interview
After I submitted a CV and a cover letter, I was contacted by one of the HR team and had a brief introductory call. I was asked questions about my past experience, a few architectural questions, what I know about the company and so on. I was then given a task to complete, that was the next step of the recruitment process. The task was interesting and I got extensive and detailed feedback from the company on the results. Unfortunately, I did not pass that stage, but overall had a very nice experience
