Question 1
Quelles sont vos expertises outils ?
Avez-vous une expérience en gestion de contrats ?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KLB (Neuilly-Plaisance)
Interview

Question 1
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at KLB (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2017
Interview
Fairly basic. Went through resume and accomplishments. I've had two interviews with them (separated by a couple of years) and they have the same tactic. They want to keep a list of people available in their database, so they tell you they have opportunities available "in the area".
When both interviews were completed, they say "we don't have any opportunity right now, but will have something soon".
After most recent interview, received a call 6 weeks later, not for an opportunity to work for them as a consultant, but they were working as a head hunter for a job I had seen posted for several months with a certain organization. They wanted to place me, and shave off $15k from the salary as their finders fee, plus traffic would have been terrible. Tried to convince me south shore Montreal, to east end of the island would only be 45 minutes according to Google Maps. Ya right. Maybe on a Sunday morning ! No thanks.
(They work as head hunters which is why they ask what other companies you have applied to. They can't get their finders fee if you've applied for an opportunity they too are working on).
As far as I'm concerned, they misrepresent themselves to candidates, and are an amateur organization.
