Terrible management and a waste of my time. I attended an in person group interview and then an in store trial after. The manager told me everything went great and i should get a call back soon. No contact for 3 weeks after and was finally told I did not get the job as quote on quote "we were super unorganised so we just had to hire the first few girls who did a trial shift". Absolutely no regard for my personal time, doesn't matter if I did good or bad, management is too unorganised to care.

There were about 25-30people. They gave a talk and then an introduction. they did a bunch of activities and then a one on one interview with one of the store managers or an area manager
