Two interviews total. The first interview was a panel interview of approximately six people interviewing a large group of about 30 interviewees. They asked everyone to introduce themselves, their certifications and their nursing motto. After introductions, we had to introduce the person sitting next to us and describe one achievement of theirs. Lastly, they had each person draw a question out of a basket that contained behavioral type questions. Then they sent us all home.
I heard six candidates were called for a second interview, and I was one of them but did not get an offer.
The second interview included two of the hiring managers and myself. It was only 15 minutes.
