I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2012
Interview
It was a one on one interview in the afternoon completed towards the end of my internship. The position was suggested to me by my mentor. I interviewed with the director of the department and it was generally a short process. I believe she only asked 4 questions which should have been an indication of what was to come. I ultimately did not get the position due to experience level. An older lady with more experience was given the position but did not stay in the position long.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer whether it be internal or external.
The interview process was pretty standard. It was a panel interview. They gave an overview of the position and looked over my resume. It has been a few weeks since I interviewed and I haven't heard back. It also took awhile for the recruiter to contact me to set up the interview after they had already reached out to me.

Question 1
The was the most informal interview I've had at KP. It was more like a conversation; I discussed my work background and what I was looking for in the position. The interviewer told me about the job and what he was looking for.
