I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Santa Clara, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Was reached out by an expert recruiter through multiple emails to set up phone screening. During phone screening was told I did not qualify for the position rather sending me an email to tell me I did not qualify for the position. Was advised that you must meet the minimum requirements are else your job applications will go into a black hole. There is no room for growth even if I have a Master's degree and zero years of experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Screening with HR, then Hiring Manager Interview, Interview Panel with four members of the US team. There was a hostile atmosphere in the panel, as if they don't want to hire you because their job could be ripped off (US Operations are being moved to offshore locations like India or Costa Rica). You could feel malicious intention with some of the questions made, as if the panel wanted you to fail on purpose.

Question 1
Solve LeetCode Hard #30, Substring with Concatenation of All Words
A couple rounds with members of the team, very straightforward conversations to get to know me and the work that I do well. I felt very comfortable sharing my experience.
The HR team was prompt and professional in scheduling and coordinating the interviews. They provided clear instructions and timely updates throughout the process, which helped alleviate any anxiety or uncertainty.
