Interview
I had a few interviews. I think I talked with three partners and one director. All the interviews were on the phone, none were in person, but that is probably because I am a known entity in my area of expertise.
My interview process consisted of two in-person interviews and two phone interviews. While it was a long process, I felt it gave me and Kalypso a chance to get to know each other to ensure that it was a good fit.
