Kansas Medical Clinic interview questions

I saw that the position had been open for a while so I reached out to the manager, we set up a time for me to come in and interview, I came in filled out a paper application, then was brought back to the lab for a quick tour and met with the manager where he went on to describe the duties. The manager asked a bunch of behavioral questions and only a few questions that pertained to the role. It was a very old school interview because he sat taking notes on a sheet of paper, writing stars and putting quotes around things which I thought was odd. The manager himself mentioned he didn't know anything about Mohs which made me question why he was interviewing me and not someone who actually knew about the role. Was told I would hear back within two weeks but did not hear back at all. There's a reason why this role has been open for almost a year and they've not chosen to fill it. RED FLAG.
