1. Video recorded interview 2. Assessment 3. In-person case + individual interview: before the last round, HR was clear that $3600 is would be the offered salary - no negotiations. Low but sounded like a good place to learn. The process was standard. However, after a candidate has dedicated so much time to the process, the HR made no effort to communicate a rejection, which was disappointing. After a follow up, I was informed that I didn’t make the cut. A request for feedback was ignored.
