Interview
The interview process is quick and simple, lasting about 10–15 minutes in a speed interview format. You’ll know within an hour if hired, followed by fingerprinting, in-person training, and a two-week onboarding process.

Easy and fast. Ask you child care questions about 15 or so. Interviewers are nice and friendly if you have a child care background it should be easy you will hear back in a week or so after the interview

Went to a hiring event near the Merrell Center. The process was very well organized and the line flowed smoothly. Once it was my turn, I had an interview with an AP from one of the Junior High Schools and they were very pleasant and professional.
