Three rounds of interviews included two time-based assessments. The process took approximately two weeks, from the recruiter call to the interview outcome. The hiring team was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Interview
Interview process had a great start and then ended poorly. First phone call interview was scheduled fast and gave good intro to company. Second interview scheduled the very next day. Second interview with supervisor started rocky then ended well. Moved to final interview with manager. Thought things went well. He advised I would be hearing back with their decision by next week. Next week comes and nothing. Another week and nothing. I didn’t think a large company like this would resort to ghosting candidates. I feel that’s very unprofessional and unfair to the candidate. A simple rejection email is quick and to be ghosted instead is unacceptable.

Interview
I had a screening interview followed by a PI test. A week later, they reached out, stating they were moving quickly. I then interviewed with the HR Manager and the Customer Service Manager, and the conversation seemed to go well, the manager even mentioned he was happy with the interview. However, I never received any follow-up.
Despite sending two follow-up emails, it has now been 3 months, and they haven’t even acknowledged my messages, not even to send a rejection. I find this extremely unprofessional, and it says a lot about the company. I can understand why their Glassdoor reviews are so negative. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
