Very nice and easy. Employers weren't difficult to talk to and were very friendly. Had an interview with the manager, then did an on-site induction process where I was assessed.

Interview
Very easy, I just called in for a chat with the lady who runs the franchise in wellington. I asked a few questions, given a few scenario's to work through. I just had to answer the questions and scenarios, which I guess they were happy with as I was offered the job after that.
