I applied online. I interviewed at Kepler Communications (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I interviewed for a job opportunity at this company which ultimately proved to be a role that was never genuinely open. It seemed like their human resources team had no intention to hire and was conducting the multiple rounds of interviews just to toy with me and to test my boundaries. I felt they were extremely manipulative with zero ethics and horrible workplace culture which reflected in their behaviour. They had no respect for my time and their human resources team behaved as though they could absolutely get away with any sort of foul behaviour as I am just another candidate.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kepler Communications in Jan 2026
Interview
Behavioural questions focus on your motivations, why you want the role, and what you hope to learn. It’s about understanding your mindset, goals, and how you fit with the team and company.
Hard to get the interview.
The organization does not have a fair hiring process, Proper candidates are not invited and not welcome. Hiring form the backdoor is the most popular.
