Very easy. professional. Pretty much common sense if you have worked with kids before. They want to see your silly and soft side so tone down your regular interview professionalism

Felt really casual, like they really wanted to know more about me and my background, interests, etc. versus just looking at my resume. I got to meet with all the managment team as well so I know they were thorough about interviewing me before offering me a position.
