Initial HR screening interview. then follow up with round table -technical interview with two hiring managers . HR was helpful and friendly. Two hiring managers - showed up late to the interview. I was waiting them for over 10 minutes. Its fine and I am patient person. Then, they were asking some basic technical questions despite the fact that I have over 5+ years of experience. I was able to answer them. Both of them seem were not interested and not enthusiastic at all throughout the interview. They made me uncomfortable and they kept asking me too many questions within short time frame. I am a minority in Canada and I have accent. During the interview, they were laughing at me for no reasons. What I was telling them was not funny at all. I was just telling them about my experience and none of them are funny. I was shocked to see this behavior from them. I tried not to be rude and controlled myself. I didnt say any rude things to them and being polite even though they treated me badly. After a week, I sent follow up emails. They didn't reply and ghosted me. After many weeks, they sent me rejection email. The entire interview process is completely unprofessional.
